I tried to cancel my account and worked for over an hour trying; I must not be very computer-savvy. I finally called my credit card company and had a block put on my account.
They could offer some customer service and make things easier to do when canceling. Or maybe there is a reason they do not have that information available.

Worst, misleading experience I've ever had. Every *** sports apps are scams that are designed to get your money, and then give you no way to reach a live custormer service agent, for any reason.
I spent 3 days trying to cancel my NFL+ subscription without success. Of course when signing up for NFL+ you're forced to accept automatic renewal the following year.The instructions provided to edit or cancel the subscription don't work on either my desktop webpage account, or via my account on their their app.
On the desktop there is no way to open the "subscription" to select cancel, and on the app, when I select Manage the subscription I'm continually sent to a blank page that only says "Back to NFL.com"...
Futher calling their published telephone number takes you in circles with no option for a live agent, and evetually the VRU ends up referring you back to your online account... Very, very frustrating.
I expected to be able to see all out of market NFL games. Wrong..
it's only when the season started and you find out that you can't really watch anything other than the games that are locally televised. What a waste of money. Any do you think the NFL+ wants your feedback. Not a *** chance.
They could care less what your experience is. Once they've got your money they don't want to hear from you again. BTN+ did the same thing. All scams unsing misleading language to con you into believing you're getting something you're not..

Subscription not allowing access
Have not received any further contact from NFL
DO NOT SUBSCRIBE! There is zero Customer Service, only ai auto options.
I subscribed to NFL+Premium but have not been able to watch any games, it continually asks me to subscribe as if I hadn't already paid! I followed every tech suggestion offered and have had several support tickets opened.
Even then the email responses are auto-generated and simply repeat the tech suggestions. I've tried to request a refund, and that doesn't work either.

NFL.com has the worst customer service I have ever had to experience. There is no direct phone number to call them.
You can only submit a ticket online. I submitted a ticket and only received garbage as a response.
I'm still waiting for a refund for an app I could not use and couldn't get help with. It's been 45 days now and I don't expect to ever hear from NFL.com or receive my refund.

Paid $108. Sue the NFL. All games should work all the time. Very pissed off.

Watching Football Games - Complaint
I want to express my disappointment with the NFL organization...I'm sure I speak for a lot of retirees who are on a limited budget and can not afford to subscribe to all these networks to watch a football game...both my husband and I are in our 70's and grew up watching football but can't now...guess the NFL doesn't care about the older generation... Just like other businesses!!

Nfl + is junk will never get again . Just like rest of reviews applied for refund no response. 4 games in haven't been able to watch steelers game on phone. Paid for a year 106 dollars .
The app is disappointing. The provided phone number is useless as no one can talk to a human.
