Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Sept-25-2023, the NFL support team synced my account.

I called 212-450-****, and they directed me to support.nfl.com. I sent an e-mail to support@***.com and no one read my e-mail. Online help is a joke and I could not talk to a real human. The NFL has the worst support and should have zero stars. I want my money back.

I havent been able to use this product and even asked NFL to check and verify. No customer support, even the phone number they listed just pushes you back to their website. I submitted a ticket online and I keep getting an automated response, seems like a bot to with a name on it. I keep asking for a response on if they will refund. Ive now paid $200 for nothing. SCAM!!!

Week 2 First Thursday Night Football Game Refs where bias and didnt call anything that where pure and obvious calls Bias non calls completely change the outcome of the final score and crush the hopes of any future fans Is the NFL Scripted?? I sure would like a response!!!

Everytime I try to sign into my nfl app on my tv, it tells me to sign in again to agree to the new terms of service.. no matter how many times I sign in, it tells me the same thing

My family subscribed to NFL+ yearly subscription for about 10 minutes. We did not know that you can't actually watch all of the games, what's the point of even having NFL plus if you aren't streaming all of the games. The description of what is included in the subscription is NOT CLEAR and you need to clearly state that all of the games are not accessible on the website so other people don't waste their money. It also should not show as one of the streaming services when you click on the "How to watch" button under the game when you can't even watch that game unless you sign in with your TV provider.
