Been watching NFL football my whole life and now they want everyone to pay to watch the games only on pay-per-view on a fixed income don't live in area with Internet so what am I to do not watch what I like to watch with family not fun anymore you greedy people screwed that up I'm going to make sure I tell everyone to stop paying to watch and then it will be free again hopefully one day there won't be somebody trying to screw other people out of money

Inadequate Customer Service and No "LIVE Local Regular season Games on mobile”
I paid for NFL+ Premium Subscription but have yet to receive my LIVE Local Regular season Game on mobile and its now week 11. All I'm able to receive from the app is audio only.
I messed with your Virtual Customer Assistant for over Two hours but due to glitches in your NFL app am not able to respond with text.
When I tap on Type a message it jumps off screen and not visible. I usually dont mess with having to go through all of this because I have my game on local antenna. Today, I decided enough is enough and tried to contact someone to no avail and missed my whole game. Its now five hours and 30 minutes later and Im still trying to get a hold of someone.
I have not been able to eat yet and my food is cold because they make so easy to purchase but near impossible to reach anyone for assistance. I have an 18 page attempted conversation with your incompetent Virtual Assistant that I don't mind sending you or sharing with you via YouTube.

OK, Seattle and Los Angeles Rams went from seven minutes and nine seconds in the first quarter commercial after Seattle scored when it came back it was one minute and 53 seconds left in the first quarter. I missed five minutes Ish.

No humans No trouble shooting that helped
I installed NFL Plus on my system at home. My TV doesn't work consistently; you'd play it, it would work once, and then it would just crash.
Then you have to go back in, and it wouldn't work again. And then every weekend, it wouldn't work on certain games. It's just been a horrible experience: terrible product, terrible quality. I've tried it in different rooms of the house on different TVs, and the same result occurs.
It's even told me I have more than two TVs, and I only have it on two TVs, so that was *** They don't seem to know what the *** is going on with the system, and no one seems to be able to help, which is really frustrating. I just need a human being to talk me through this on the phone, and I think we could probably fix it.
If not, I just need a full refund, so I don't have to deal with this stuff anymore. Thank you.

Y’all robbed me because I only watch one Cleveland Browns game. After that I can only listen to the game. It’s the out of network. I can listen. Listen here refund me my money. I didn’t pay to listen.

The Only reason I paid for the subscription, was to watch Shedeur Sanders play for the Cleveland Browns. I have not been able to see but one game. The rest of the game said I had to listen because it was out of market. Living in this unaffordable economy, I wanted to at least enjoy Sunday games.
I live on a fixed income and I just want to enjoy something that makes me happy. Instead of filling my car up for the week I paid for the subscription.
Im totally disappointed. When you live on an income like the NFL salary like you have, you dont understand that you have to choose between gas for your car or simply enjoying Sunday game of football.

Until the NFL begins to allow challenges for penalty calls or no calls, there are gonna be bogus calls at the end of crucial games that change the outcome and mess with the authenticity of the game. It's so stupid for a bad penalty call or missed call, especially when the game is close.

I pay for it monthly, but the NFL Plus Premium has the red zone, and I can watch any *** football game. I want it on my TV, but you're not letting me do that right now, and I'm really, really mad. I want to talk to a live person, not a *** computer. Thank you very much.
